Postpartum Services
Postpartum is such a precious time for growing families, that is why I offer my services both day and night.
Having a Postpartum Doula to help assist Mom in the duties she would normally do for her family. It is vital in allowing her to rest, recover, bond, and thrive!
Some of the things I will assist you in, are infant feedings, establishing a routine, light housework including washing/folding laundry, dishes, meal prep for you or your family, help engage older children and grocery shopping. I have experience in breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, infant sleep strategies, and postpartum healing techniques.
If you are wanting something more individualized we can create a custom package for you! The day time rate is $27/hr. and night time is $30/hr. All daytime hours are between 8:30am and 6:30pm, with a minimum of 4hrs scheduled a day. Night support starts at 6:30pm and ends at 6:00am.
If you are located more than 40 minutes from me there might be a small travel fee.

30 Hours of Nighttime Postpartum Support
This package is $900 and includes 30 hours of night time postpartum support, minimum of 6hr a night to be used in the first 4 months of your baby's life. |
30 Hours of Postpartum Support
This package is $810 includes 30hrs of Daytime Postpartum support in your home to be used in the first 4 months of your baby's life. |
60 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Support
This Package is $1,620 and includes 60 hours of daytime postpartum support, minimum of 4hrs a day to be used in the first 4 months of your baby's life. |

Basic Birth Package
This package is $1250 and includes two (2 hour) prenatal appointments in your home, unlimited birth support and 2 hours of postpartum support. |
Birth Services
This package is $850 and includes unlimited labor support and one virtual visit to get to know each other and what you need from me. I recommend this to Mothers who have given birth before. |
Mothering Mama Package
This package is $2,000 and includes two prenatal visits, unlimited labor support, and 30 hours of daytime postpartum support to be used in the first two months of your baby's life.
